Upper Hutt’s state secondary and intermediate schools could be major beneficiaries from Helen Clark’s proposed economic stimulus package, Labour’s candidate for the Rimutaka electorate Chris Hipkins says. “The state of our local secondary and intermediate schools has been of real concern to me since I visited them earlier in the year.
